Derek Green<\/a>, son of former Chiefs quarterback Trent Green, who led her family’s nearly two decades ago. Having previously met at Arrowhead Stadium, the two rekindled their friendship, which evolved into a relationship-turned-romance to date.\n<\/p>\n “Derek and I have known each other our whole lives,” she tells PEOPLE exclusively. “We would actually play together as babies during the Chiefs’ Christmas parties every year, and then we reconnected as adults in 2017 and met on the sidelines pregame.”\n<\/p>\n
She adds, “We reconnected in early March and have been inseparable ever since.”\n<\/p>\n
With the 2025-26 NFL season kicking off on Sept. 4 and the Kansas City Chiefs’ first game on Sept. 5, when they take the field against the Los Angeles Chargers at Corinthians Arena for their first game of the regular season, Gracie is ready to get her head back into the game.\n<\/p>\n
“I don’t really ever truly stop thinking about football,” she clarifies. “In its absence, the heart does grow fonder… And obviously, everyone in the offices in Kansas City never stops thinking about football.”\n<\/p>\n
“Football is just ingrained into everyone’s mental space,” she emphasizes, adding, “And we all look forward to the season’s start.”\n<\/p>\n
Gracie confirms that “the vibes are immaculate” for her and the Hunt family ahead of kickoff.\n<\/p>\n
“Everyone has really focused on growing themselves as individuals and doing the best in whatever space of work that we need to accomplish,” she shares. “What I’m most excited about for the Chiefs’ upcoming season is the chance to see the team continue to grow and compete at a high level.”\n<\/p>\n
“Overall, we all just can’t wait to experience another thrilling season with the Chiefs and their incredible fans,” she’s sure to add.\n<\/p>\n

“Visiting the Blue Lagoon in Capri, I was struck by how bright and clear the turquoise water looked inside the cave,” Gracie Hunt tells PEOPLE exclusively.\n<\/p>\n
“Sunlight streamed through the entrance, lighting up the walls and making the whole space feel open and inviting,” she recalls. “Swimming there was a unique experience, surrounded by the cool, colorful water and the natural beauty of the grotto.”\n<\/p>\n

Gracie made her Coachella Music and Arts Festival debut this year, attending the three-day weekend for the first time in April. Between her festival-chic outfits and engaging social media content, her time in the desert was well spent!\n<\/p>\n
“Surrounded by a kaleidoscope of festival-goers in eclectic outfits, I lost myself in the rhythms, laughter and the endless swirl of color and sound,” Gracie says looking back.\n<\/p>\n
“As the sun dipped behind the palm trees, the entire valley shimmered with anticipation, each moment electric and unforgettable!” she adds.\n<\/p>\n

Gracie attended the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in Washington, D.C. with her boyfriend, Derek Green. The night “shimmered with elegance,” she remembers.\n<\/p>\n
“Surrounded by journalists, celebrities and political figures, I felt swept up in a whirlwind of conversation, history and the unmistakable energy of a night where power and glamour collided,” Gracie says.\n<\/p>\n

In addition to football, Gracie is a nature-lover at her core. As a former competitive soccer player, the born athlete makes a point to keep moving and live a healthy, active lifestyle. Colorado, basically her home away from home, allows her to do just that.\n<\/p>\n
“We spend a good deal of time in Aspen. I think that Aspen can have a bit of a boujee reputation, but my experience here is very different,” she says. “I grew up coming with my family because my parents had a home here long before I was born.”\n<\/p>\n
I have so many memories here growing up, from soccer camps to actually camping out with my dad,” she recalls. “We would ride horses up and spend the night out in tents on the mountain, and then ride down the next day. And I always looked forward to that trip with him growing up.”\n<\/p>\n

As for the hikes in Aspen? Well, Gracie “never wants them to end.”\n<\/p>\n
“I followed winding trails lined with golden aspens and wildflowers while the crisp mountain air filled my lungs,” she recalls. “As I reached the lake, its crystal-clear water reflected the towering peaks and deep blue sky.”\n<\/p>\n
“The natural beauty of the Rockies always makes me feel close to God,” she adds.\n<\/p>\n

Gracie attended the Monaco Grand Prix, one of the stops on the Formula 1 circuit. Her view was unmatched, watching the “exhilarating” race boat-side.\n<\/p>\n
“From the Red Bull barge, I had an unbeatable view as Formula 1 cars screamed past the glittering harbor,” she shares. “The deck buzzed with excitement, glasses clinking and sunlight glinting off the yachts surrounding us.”\n<\/p>\n
“The roar of engines mixed with music and laughter, creating a thrilling, glamorous atmosphere right in the heart of the Monaco Grand Prix action,” she adds.\n<\/p>\n

If you couldn’t tell by her sideline attire for each and every Kansas City Chiefs game, Gracie is fashion-forward! Therefore, her European ‘fits didn’t disappoint, either!\n<\/p>\n
For the Monaco Grand Prix specifically, Gracie remembers the crowds donning “stylish attire” as they lined the harbor to watch the race unfold “against a backdrop of luxury yachts and sparkling blue water.”\n<\/p>\n
“Every moment felt electric and unforgettable!” she says.\n<\/p>\n
“What I enjoyed the most in Europe was immersing myself in such rich history,” Gracie adds. “It just gives you an incredible perspective. We explored landmarks, tried all of the local good food \u2014 and their food is amazing and so fresh.”<\/p>\n

Gracie Hunt spent time in France during the off-season and popped by Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc for a relaxing stay.\n<\/p>\n
“Hotel du Cap impressed me with its bright white exterior and amazing views of the Mediterranean,” she says of the hotel situated in the French Riviera. “I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, surrounded by green gardens and the scent of flowers.”\n<\/p>\n
“The Mediterranean water was refreshing, shimmering in shades of blue and inviting me in for a swim,” she shares. “In the evenings, the terrace was lively and welcoming, with soft lights, friendly conversation, and excellent food.”\n<\/p>\n

Gracie also spent time in Lake Como, Italy. During her time there, she enjoyed a dinner at Villa d\u2019Este on Lake Como, which she tells PEOPLE, “felt like stepping into a dream.”\n<\/p>\n
“The air was fragrant with blooming jasmine and the rich aroma of freshly prepared Italian cuisine,” she describes the scene. “The gentle lapping of the lake and distant laughter mingled with the clinking of glasses, created an atmosphere of pure enchantment.”\n<\/p>\n

“The clear waters of Lake Como sparkled in the sunlight as I took in the beautiful scenery,” she adds of her Italian getaway. “Colorful villas and green gardens surrounded the lake, making every view feel special.”\n<\/p>\n
