The performance stars lawyers from the Houston area dancing and singing on stage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">&#8220;I always wanted to be an actor, but I had to do something to make a living, so I started practicing law.&#8221; Actor and lawyer Paul Shanklin shared.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The musical is produced by the theatre company <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nightcourt.org\/about.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Night Court<\/a>, which has been in operation for over 30 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Marty Lundstrom, a lawyer and performer, said proceeds from the musical help fund organizations that provide free legal services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">&#8220;For me, lawyers sometimes get a bad rap, and this is an opportunity for us to give back to the community,&#8221; Lundstrom said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">Law&#8217;s Anatomy runs August 20-23, 2025 at the Hobby Center. <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehobbycenter.org\/events\/laws-anatomy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tickets <\/a>start at $45.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"HOUSTON, Texas &#8212; The musical &#8220;Law&#8217;s Anatomy&#8221; is now playing at the Hobby Center.
