{"id":163351,"date":"2025-08-21T08:39:11","date_gmt":"2025-08-21T08:39:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/163351\/"},"modified":"2025-08-21T08:39:11","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T08:39:11","slug":"arizona-state-projected-to-make-cfp-by-the-athletic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/163351\/","title":{"rendered":"Arizona State projected to make CFP by The Athletic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The path to making the College Football Playoff again for Arizona State is simple, but not easy:<\/p>\n<p>Win the Big 12 again and you\u2019re in.<\/p>\n<p>Six experts from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/6560979\/2025\/08\/19\/college-football-playoff-heisman-conference-predictions\/?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=twhq&amp;source=twitterhq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">The Athletic<\/a> picked the Sun Devils and six picked the Texas Tech Red Raiders to win the conference and earn a berth into the second-ever CFP.<\/p>\n<p>ASU got the nod with two extra writers predicting the team will earn a berth as an at-large selection.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>It should come as no surprise that the Big 12 has no consensus.
