The largest home to sell has 14,362 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>HOUSTON \u2014 An enchanting estate on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.har.com\/homedetail\/2110-river-oaks-blvd-houston-tx-77019\/3102192#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">River Oaks Boulevard<\/a> topped the list of most expensive homes sold in Houston in July. It sold for $18,900, more than double the next two homes on the list combined.<\/p>\n<p>The main house was designed by renowned architect John F. Staub in 138.
