Cushman<\/strong>, age 74, of Syracuse, NY, was traveling eastbound when it crossed the center line and sideswiped a 2014 Toyota Sienna operated by <strong>Gabriel M. Cortesnieves<\/strong>, age 38, of Syracuse, NY. The Chevrolet then continued into the westbound lane and struck a 2020 BMW 330 Series, operated by <strong>Adam R. Mere<\/strong>, age 16, of Syracuse, NY, head-on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cushman<\/strong> was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adam R. Mere<\/strong> and his passenger, <strong>Leanna M.
