Directly east of the location is <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthgov.legistar.com\/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=7507948&amp;GUID=9041E952-FB7E-49DC-8AA1-BBA8EF5EECA2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tanger Outlets Fort Worth<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to documents, the apartment complex will be a four-story development that will be gated with a single entry from Outlet Boulevard. There will be a clubhouse with amenities such as a pool and grill, and the complex will also have a small dog park, according to a site plan presented to council.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The apartments will be constructed on 6.74 acres, which is currently a vacant lot.
