A victim was found with several lacerations that required 30 stitches after allegedly being attacked by a machete-wielding man.<\/p>\n
BEXAR COUNTY, Texas \u2014 The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 67-year-old man accused of attacking a man with a machete outside of a local food mart.<\/p>\n
On Aug. 16, BCSO responded to the Talley Food Mart after receiving reports of a machete-wielding suspect.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival, deputies said the suspect had already left the scene.<\/p>\n
The next day, the victim was found with several lacerations that required up to 30 stitches and he told deputies he wanted to pursue charges.<\/p>\n
The suspect was identified as 67-year-old Jorge Ariel Gonzalez Lopez and on Aug. 19, BCSO executed a search warrant on his home.<\/p>\n
Lopez, along with clothing from the day of the attack and blood evidence, was found inside the home.<\/p>\n
