A disgraced Big Apple teacher\u2019s aide \u2013 once entrusted with caring for disabled students \u2013 was allegedly busted with a sickening stash of child porn, including thousands of vile videos, photos and files showing infants and toddlers being sexually abused, according to federal prosecutors.<\/p>\n

Alejandro Santos, 47, was arraigned Friday in Brooklyn Federal Court on an indictment charging him with possessing and transporting the depraved cache of files on his cellphone, the US Attorney\u2019s Office for the Eastern District of New York said.<\/a><\/p>\n

Prosecutors said the Bronx resident \u2013 who spent 23 years working for the city\u2019s Department of Education \u2013 also possessed images of clothed children in classrooms and other settings, some of whom appeared to have physical disabilities.<\/p>\n

The alleged pervert \u2013 who worked at a Bronx school with mentally disabled children, some of them nonverbal \u2013 was cuffed at JFK Airport on July 15 after flying back from the Dominican Republic.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prosecutors said border patrol agents flagged the twisted educator as a suspected \u201chigh-risk\u201d carrier of child sex abuse materials, initially uncovering at least 100 videos and images of the disturbing content on his phone.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Investigators said they found thousands of explicit images and videos of children and infants being sexually abused. U.S. Attorney\u0092s Office<\/p>\n

At least three minutes-long videos were found depicting nude babies and prepubescent girls being horrifically raped, sodomized and abused by adult men, a criminal complaint alleged.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Santos agreed to hand over his passcode and phone, where investigators discovered thousands of additional perverse files hiding in a fake calculator app, downloaded and saved between January 2024 and May 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He was arraigned on an indictment Friday in Brooklyn Federal Court. Paul Martinka<\/p>\n

Prosecutors indicated there was no evidence of any \u201chands-on\u201d abuse involving children at his school. <\/p>\n

He was charged with transportation of child sexual abuse material and possession of child sex abuse material and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.<\/p>\n

While it remains unclear at which school Santos worked, he has since been placed on suspension. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe alleged behavior is extremely concerning and unacceptable,\u201d a New York City Public Schools spokesperson told The Post. <\/p>\n
