Highlights include Texas corn velout\u00e9, lobster summer salad, seabass, beef Wellington, and a verbena custard dessert. Tickets are $195, with an optional $125 wine pairing. Reserve on OpenTable or Resy. <\/p>\n<p>Kolache Factory is kicking off its 2025 Create a <a href=\"http:\/\/kolachefactory.com\/contest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Kolache Contest<\/a>, running from July 4 to August 1. Fans can submit their most creative kolache ideas online for a chance to win free kolaches for a year. Five finalists will be chosen, with public voting from August 8 to 18.
