In a new social media post, the singer flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit top, snapping a selfie that perfectly highlights her flat abs. \u201cHi \ud83e\udd0e,\u201d she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. \u201cLet\u2019s go gym together sis,\u201d Serena Williams commented. \u201cGirl just \ud83d\udd25\ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\udd25\ud83d\ude0d,\u201d another follower commented. How does the mother of two approach health and wellness? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Teyana burns a lot of calories by dancing. \u201cDance is the greatest workout. Dance is very underrated in the fitness world. Dance is my workout,\u201d Teyana told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2016\/08\/30\/teyana-taylor-kanye-west-video-iman-shumpert\/\">TMZ<\/a>. \u201cThe only real workout I do is dancing and performing,\u201d she added to <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-body\/news\/teyana-taylor-diet-workout-no-vegetables-fade2fit-program\/\">Us<\/a>. \u201cI was touring right up until after I was six months pregnant and I was in really good shape, so after she came I just went right back down, almost immediately. That\u2019s the way I do it \u2014 I love to dance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As for her diet, Teyana isn\u2019t strict. \u201cI eat everything by the way. I eat Twinkies and all types of s\u2014t,\u201d she exclaimed to TMZ. \u201cI don\u2019t even eat vegetables!\u201d she added to <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-body\/news\/teyana-taylor-diet-workout-no-vegetables-fade2fit-program\/\">Us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Teyana created her own exercise method. \u201cOn my own, I have a dance fitness program called fade2fit.com, so that\u2019s the only workout I do,\u201d she says of the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fade2fit.com\/lp1\">online video workouts<\/a>. \u201cYou can watch it and take it home, it\u2019s all good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Taylor meditates. \u201cI\u2019m heavy on meditating,\u201d she told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shape.com\/celebrities\/interviews\/teyana-taylor-wellness-routine\">Shape<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve done it throughout my pregnancies and postbirth. It gets me prepared for the day ahead. Even meditating once or twice a week makes a difference. My 5-year-old daughter says, \u2018Hey, mom, are we meditating today?&#8217;\u201d\u00a0 \u201cWhen you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,\u201d says the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/tests-procedures\/meditation\/in-depth\/meditation\/art-20045858\">Mayo Clinic<\/a>.
