\u201cAnyone else in Bangalore experiencing an Airtel <\/a>network outage? Calls aren\u2019t going through, and data isn\u2019t working,\u201d asked one X user. \u201cNo network in Dharwad , Karnataka? Airtel, what happened?\u201d another asked.<\/p>\n

According to DownDetector, complaints began around 11 AM this morning and peaked around 12:11 PM with over 6,800 reports of outage. <\/p>\n

52% of complainants said they received a \u201cNo Signal\u201d message, while 31% complained of issues with mobile internet.<\/p>\n

Airtel down memes<\/p>\n

The outage led to a slew of memes on social media.<\/p>\n

Some noted how the network troubles came on Sunday morning \u2013 a day when many corporate employees like to relax with their phones or stream a movie.<\/p>\n

Some also reported issues from Delhi. \u201cAirtel down in Delhi? For the last 1 hour, my wife thinks I\u2019m ignoring her calls. Thanks airtelindia for turning a network issue into a marriage issue,\u201d a person wrote on X.<\/p>\n

Another person reported service outage in Hyderabad and Chennai as well.<\/p>\n

Airtel users face problems<\/p>\n

Many people said they were unable to conduct daily calls or messages due to the outage.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnable to make any calls and no mobile data. Shows as not registered,\u201d wrote one person on Reddit.<\/p>\n

\u201cSame here in Bangalore<\/a>. I can’t book a cab in a few hours for a meeting,\u201d another said.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes whole internet broadband mobile all down in Bengaluru without any warning and the worst part is that Airtel is not taking any complaint via their app or IVRS and no response over X (Twitter) as well,\u201d a user said.<\/p>\n
