SAN ANTONIO<\/strong> \u2013 A man was shot and killed after he allegedly threatened San Antonio police officers on the East Side, according to SAPD Chief William McManus.<\/p>\n Officers were initially responding to a stabbing call just before midnight at the Knight\u2019s Inn in the 4000 block of East Houston Street.<\/p>\n Upon arrival, McManus said the caller came to the door and spoke with three officers.<\/p>\n The man appeared at the door, made a threat toward the officers, and moved \u201caggressively\u201d toward them, McManus said.<\/p>\n All three officers fired their guns, McManus said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n No other injuries were reported.<\/p>\n Each SAPD police officer has two years of service, according to an SAPD preliminary report.
