The Vikings earlier Sunday announced they had <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vikings.com\/news\/carson-wentz-agree-to-terms-sam-howell-trade-eagles-quarterback\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">agreed to terms with veteran QB Carson Wentz and traded backup Sam Howell<\/a>.
