Santiago | Getty Images<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/KDP\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keurig Dr Pepper<\/a> is close to a roughly $18-billion deal to buy Dutch coffee company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/JDEPF\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JDE Peet&#8217;s<\/a>, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.<\/p>\n<p>After combining, the companies are planning to separate the beverage and coffee units, the report said.<\/p>\n<p>Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
