She auditioned earlier this year, competing against over 300 candidates through a rigorous process involving choreography and interviews.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionnewsjax.com\/live-breaking\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.actionnewsjax.com\/live-breaking\/\" target=\"_blank\"><b>&gt;&gt;&gt; STREAM ACTION NEWS JAX LIVE <\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 dbPNdY body-paragraph\">\u201cAfter serving five years on active duty, I wanted the flexibility to pursue other dreams while still serving my country,\u201d said Gloster. \u201cThe Navy Reserve has given me the best of both worlds\u2014remaining part of something bigger than myself while continuing to grow personally and professionally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 dbPNdY body-paragraph\">Gloster, a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, has loved performing and cheerleading for as long as she can remember. \u201cBecoming an NFL cheerleader was a way to share that passion on a huge stage while also making a positive impact in the community,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 dbPNdY body-paragraph\">The audition process for the Jaguars cheer squad was intense, stretching across multiple rounds over two weeks. \u201cWe had to learn and perform choreography under pressure, complete an interview, and stand out among more than 300 candidates,\u201d Gloster recalled. \u201cWhen I was selected, it made the moment even more special.\u201dNow, with the NFL preseason underway, Gloster is focused on balancing her Navy Reserve duties with her commitments as a cheerleader. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 dbPNdY body-paragraph\"><b>[DOWNLOAD: <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionnewsjax.com\/mobile-apps\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><b>Free Action News Jax app for alerts as news breaks<\/b><\/a><b>]<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 dbPNdY body-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s definitely a balancing act, but the discipline and time management I\u2019ve learned in the Navy help me stay on top of both,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 dbPNdY body-paragraph\">Capt.
