During an interview with Heart Radio UK, the actor listened to the host, Devin Griffin, talking about Swift\u2019s liking for sourdough recipes. Tom Hiddleston was hit with a Taylor Swift question in an awkward interview<\/p>\n

In a recent interview with Heart Radio UK, interviewer Devin Griffin named-dropped Taylor Swift<\/a> in front of her ex, Tom Hiddleston, which allegedly led to an awkward pause from the actor\u2019s end. The radio show took to Instagram to share the clip from the interview. The on-screen text in the clip stated, \u201cWhen you accidentally mention their ex,\u201d while the caption of the post read, \u201cTom didn\u2019t even flinch.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the Instagram clip from the interview, Griffin said, \u201cTaylor Swift, big fan of a sourdough recipe blog.\u201d Hiddleston\u2019s immediate response to that was him tilting his head back a little and muttering, \u201cHmmm.\u201d As per #ShuterScoop<\/a>, a source told them, \u201cTom\u2019s people are crystal clear before interviews: no Taylor Swift questions.\u201d They added, \u201cThey don\u2019t want him dragged back to 2016 every time he promotes a project.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another insider talked about Hiddleston\u2019s body language after he heard Swift\u2019s name during the Heart Radio UK interview, mentioning, \u201cYou could see him panic.\u201d They further noted, \u201cIt was like: We agreed this was off-limits \u2014 how did this slip by?\u201d Another source shared with Shuter that Hiddleston\u2019s \u201cteam wants him remembered as Loki, as a serious actor,\u201d and not as \u201cTaylor\u2019s ex in a novelty tank.\u201d The individual even said, \u201cThat\u2019s why they clamp down so hard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston reportedly had a summer romance back in 2016. The singer has been in a relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce<\/a> since 2023. Meanwhile, Hiddleston welcomed his first child with his fianc\u00e9e, Zawe Ashton, in 2022, and is currently expecting another kid.<\/p>\n
