Rep. Jasmine Crockett<\/a> (D-Texas) asked MAGA<\/a> disciples whom they\u2019ll follow once President Donald Trump<\/a> finishes his second term \u2015 and some respondents offered a long-term prediction that\u2019s bound to make many Democrats<\/a> squirm.<\/p>\n

Citing her X page\u2019s popularity among conservatives and the 22nd Amendment preventing Trump from seeking a third term, the Democratic lawmaker wrote on Saturday:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m curious\u2026 who will y\u2019all follow once Trump is outta office?\u201d<\/p>\n

The provocative query yielded predictable replies like Vice President JD Vance<\/a> and barbs about Crockett having to worry about her own political longevity<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But some respondents appeared to gaze deeper into their crystal balls and saw decades of GOP presidential dominance \u2015 first by Vance, followed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and then beleaguered Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth<\/a>. Even Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was mentioned in the mix of successors, as was national intelligence director Tulsi Gabbard.<\/p>\n

Some right-wing soothsayers even saw an Oval Office dynasty of Trump\u2019s children.<\/p>\n
