NOAA scientists say <strong>La Ni\u00f1a conditions<\/strong> are likely to develop, which usually brings cooler days and less <a href=\"https:\/\/secretlosangeles.com\/what-to-do-on-a-rainy-day-in-la\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretlosangeles.com\/what-to-do-on-a-rainy-day-in-la\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_2\" data-category=\"click_internal\">rain<\/a> to Southern California. Early fall could bring a <strong>few cooler, slightly wetter moments in some areas,<\/strong> but November will likely return to dry, mild conditions.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the Pacific Ocean off the SoCal coast is <strong>cooler than usual,<\/strong> reducing the chance of significant rainfall.
