\n\tRapper Lil Nas X has been charged<\/a> with four felonies following his arrest last Thursday after he was spotted wandering Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles in his underwear and cowboy boots.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe artist, whose real name is Montero Hill, was charged with three counts of battery against a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer, according to LA Superior Court records. He was detained through the weekend and was arraigned this morning in front of Judge Sarah Ellenberg in Van Nuys, with bail set at $75,000. According to his felony complaint<\/a>, bail was initially recommended for $300,000.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing reports of his arrest, the Los Angeles Police Department initially did not name him directly, but confirmed to Variety that an incoherent, nude man was taken into custody and hospitalized around 5:50 a.m. TMZ released footage showing Lil Nas X<\/a> walking the street in the middle of the night, and over the weekend published footage of him fully nude while rapping Nicki Minaj\u2019s verse from \u201cMonster.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLAPD had responded to calls and complaints early Thursday morning of a nude man acting erratically on the street. He was arrested for battery of an officer and was transferred to a hospital on the suspicion of a potential overdose.<\/p>\n

\n\tPrior to his arrest, Lil Nas X made several random Instagram posts after erasing content from his page. On Wednesday, he posted several song snippets as well as pictures of the inside of his home.
