He is in his 31st year with Kinley. Josh Crisafulli has been named chief commercial officer, responsible for revenue strategy and client relationships from the firm\u2019s Irvine, California, office. He is in his 25th year with the company. The brothers are cousins of CEO Jimmy Kinley.<\/p>\n<p>The leadership moves reflect a progression that began in the field. Both brothers started their careers with Kinley in New York and later relocated to Texas, working as laborers and advancing through estimating and project management before entering executive ranks. They became minority partners in 2017 and, in 2021, joined cousin and company CEO Jimmy Kinley in purchasing the company from prior owners to become majority partners.<\/p>\n<p>Kinley, founded in 1895 and marking 130 years in business, is a family-owned contractor specializing in complex industrial infrastructure nationwide. The company\u2019s core markets include aviation fuel systems, rail terminals, energy distribution and related industrial services. Kinley\u2019s Industrial Services division, launched two years ago, expands the firm\u2019s offerings beyond capital construction to ongoing maintenance and support for clients.<\/p>\n<p>As president, Rennie Crisafulli will focus on operational execution, staffing, and delivery systems across Kinley\u2019s national footprint.
