They will also review five-year service plans for the Walsh Ranch and Rock Creek public improvement districts, which manage neighborhood maintenance and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"1004\">The Walsh Ranch plan outlines its 2026 budget, while Rock Creek\u2019s proposal highlights upcoming capital projects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1288\">The council will vote on reallocating $300,025 in American Rescue Plan Act funds for citywide infrastructure and data protection. Members will also consider temporary closures on Grand Avenue and Sun Valley Drive through 2027 to accommodate construction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1530\">Public safety items include proposed updates to pool and water feature regulations to align with state law. The council will also review Phase 1 renovations at the Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum, backed by a $5 million grant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1673\">Proposed rate changes for wholesale water, wastewater, and raw water services would take effect in November 2025 if approved.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1864\">Residents may speak during public comment. Individuals are limited to three minutes and groups to six, though the mayor may adjust those limits.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"2016\">The city will stream the meeting live on Fort Worth TV\u2019s website and cable channel.
