There will also be a full-service bar that will specialize in margaritas, according to the post.<\/p>\n<p>The concept is from local restauranteurs Cary Moon and Greg Polson; the group is also behind Roanoke Live, Roanoke Tavern and Cafe Republic, a <a href=\"http:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/keller-roanoke-northeast-fort-worth\/business\/2025\/07\/09\/first-look-roanoke-live-new-restaurants-take-shape-at-former-chop-shop-live-location\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mixed-use space<\/a> that houses an events venue and two restaurants in Roanoke.
