\n\tThe \u201cLiver King<\/a>\u201d Brian Johnson, who was arrested after making alleged \u201cterroristic threats\u201d<\/a> against Joe Rogan<\/a>, was released from a Texas county jail after posting a $20,000 bail. Now, he\u2019ll face a restraining order and will have to undergo a mental health evaluation within a week.<\/p>\n

\n\tTravis County Court records, viewed by Rolling Stone, confirmed his release on June 25. The court ordered that he stay at least 200 yards from Rogan and his family, along with the mental evaluation due by next Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\n\tJohnson seemed to address his release in a video shared on Thursday afternoon with a pair of dogs, saying he \u201cmight be leaving Austin sooner than we were hoping\u2026 I love this state of Texas.\u201d (In one Instagram story, he said he had to \u201cclean the jail off of me.\u201d)<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe goal was to come on Monday to pick a fight, a loving fight\u2026 I was hoping that the jail thing and all that stuff would be the beautiful gifts that they were. They were really good,\u201d Johnson said in a video from an empty field in the city.<\/p>\n

\n\tHe added, \u201cNow there are other deeper threats that are happening.\u201d Johnson then went on a tangent: \u201cDoes anybody know what it\u2019s like to be bullied? Like, really bullied? Like for a long time? So much so that you don\u2019t think the world won\u2019t be a better place with you in it\u2026 That\u2019s not what\u2019s happening to me right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 47-year-old shared a series of Instagram videos <\/a>earlier this week in which he challenged the podcaster to a fight. \u201cI have no training in Jiu-jitsu; you\u2019re a black belt, you should dismantle me. But I\u2019m picking a fight with you. Your rules, I\u2019ll come to you, whenever you\u2019re ready,\u201d he said in one Instagram video.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Austin Police Department confirmed Tuesday that it had been notified that Johnson was making threats against Rogan, and that \u201cdetectives reviewed the posts and observed that Johnson was traveling to Austin while continuing to make threatening statements.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDetectives contacted Mr. Rogan, who stated he had never had any interaction with Johnson and considered the posts to be threatening,\u201d APD told Rolling Stone. \u201cBased on this information, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Johnson on a charge of Terroristic Threat.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tJohnson was then taken into custody at Four Season Austin on Tuesday.
