According to SAPD, the driver says he didn&#8217;t see the young boy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He thinks he was going about 25 mph, he says he wasn&#8217;t going to fast,&#8221; the sergeant said, adding the driver wasn&#8217;t intoxicated. &#8220;We don&#8217;t know the condition of the boy yet.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The exact age of the child hasn&#8217;t been identified as of yet.
