He was released on a $75,000 bail<\/a> \u2014 a massive step down from prosecutors\u2019 $300,000 request.<\/p>\n Hill\u2019s father, Robert Stanford, told reporters outside the courthouse that his son had no history of drug abuse and is \u201cvery remorseful.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cIt can happen to any family.
