Ivana Trump<\/a>‘s New York home has incurred another price cut.\n<\/p>\n The late former wife of President Donald Trump\u00a0died at age 73<\/a> in the Lenox Hill townhouse after\u00a0falling down a flight of stairs<\/a>\u00a0in the home on July 14, 2022. After almost a year on the market, in September 2023, the price was\u00a0cut to $22.5 million<\/a>, and a month later, the listing was taken off the market. Roger Erickson of\u00a0Douglas Elliman<\/a>\u00a0and Adam D. Modlin of\u00a0Modlin Group<\/a>, is located on East 64th Street and spans six stories. Inside, the property has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with a gated elevator and a central, curved staircase to connect the floors.\n<\/p>\n Ivana’s 8,725-square-foot home features a range of ornate and lavish details, including a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper and a fireplace embossed with gold. The townhouse also includes a media room and sauna.\n<\/p>\n The primary suite takes up the whole third floor. The bedroom has three French doors, which lead to a private outdoor terrace, while the bathroom \u2014 featuring a large soaking tup and a double sink \u2014\u00a0is finished with pink onyx marble.
