DALLAS<\/strong> – The Dallas Police Department is asking for help from the public finding the driver of an 18-wheeler that was involved in a hit-and-run crash last week.<\/p>\n The victim of the crash was seriously injured in the incident.\u00a0<\/p>\n 18-wheeler hit-and-run <\/p>\n What we know:<\/p>\n Police were alerted to the incident around 6 a.m. on Aug. 19 in the 5300 block of South Cockrell Hill Road.\u00a0<\/p>\n Their release says the driver of the 18-wheeler was traveling north when they hit another vehicle and left the scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.<\/p>\n The 18-wheeler is described as having a blue cab with a Dallas Cowboys star on the side.\u00a0<\/p>\n What we don’t know:<\/p>\n No picture of the driver was included in the release.\u00a0<\/p>\n The condition of the victim was not released.\u00a0<\/p>\n What you can do:<\/p>\n Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective J.
