Instead, the Italian luxury brand is focused on a reboot, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p>Christophe Marque began working at Gucci this year.<\/p>\n<p>Plenty of windows help bring in the light to the open-layout space. He is reportedly an integral part of the new management team brought in by CEO Stefano Cantino.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Gucci, Marque held top roles at DFS Group, an LVMH subsidiary, leading global merchandising and marketing. He started his career at L\u2019Or\u00e9al Luxe, working with tony brands like Lanc\u00f4me, Yves Saint Laurent, and Giorgio Armani, before making his name at Herm\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>The listing hit the market in May. <\/p>\n<p>The ritzy residence is at 420 E. 75th St. \u2014 a boutique, seven-story building with just six units that was completed earlier this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The turnkey three-bedroom, 3.5-bath unit is 2,350 square feet, takes up a full floor and boasts two private balconies.<\/p>\n<p>One of the home\u2019s three bedrooms. The smashing spread also features a formal library \u2014 plus an open great room for entertaining that boasts a wall of oversized windows with tree-top views of East 75th Street, and access to the home\u2019s north-facing balcony.<\/p>\n<p>The unit is also anchored by a roomy chef\u2019s kitchen with a 10-foot island, a trash chute and a hidden walk-in pantry.<\/p>\n<p>The primary bedroom suite features a walk-in closet, a spa-like bath with radiant heat and a south-facing balcony.<\/p>\n<p>Building amenities feature a landscaped roof deck with elevator access and a barbecue. There\u2019s also a residents\u2019 library and a double-height lounge \u2014 as well as a private garden, a gym, a pet spa and a bike room.<\/p>\n<p>The listing brokers were Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon of Compass. Marque was repped by Brown Harris Stevens\u2019 Matt Cohen.
