He is described as about 45 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 143 pounds with an average build, black hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information that could help identify him was urged to call clinical social workers Cristol Perez at 323-409-4317 or Brian Dillon at 323-409-3134.
