A crash on I-20 involved a sheriff’s deputy’s car and injured a pedestrian.<\/p>\n
DALLAS \u2014 Authorities are responding to a major crash on eastbound Interstate 20 at Mountain Creek Parkway that left a pedestrian with a leg injury and involved a Dallas County Sheriff\u2019s squad car, officials said.<\/p>\n
According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, the wreck involved a deputy, who was evaluated by Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel. A pedestrian was also hit during the accident and suffered a leg injury, DCSO said.<\/p>\n
Traffic is impacted in the area as first responders work to secure the scene, officials said. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes while emergency crews handle the incident.<\/p>\n
