Rio Ferdinand is adamant that Liverpool<\/a> and Manchester City<\/a> will be the only teams with a realistic chance of winning the Premier League<\/a> next year, snubbing Arsenal<\/a>.<\/p>\n Arne Slot<\/a> enjoyed a dream maiden year at the helm by guiding Liverpool to Premier League glory<\/a> ahead of the Gunners, who finished second for a third successive year.
