AGC and CAA Media Finance will co-rep worldwide rights.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tAGC Studios and Monarch Media are set to co-finance and produce the Los Angeles-set contemporary comedy drama with producer Lylas Pictures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tLylas Pictures\u2019 Lauren Miller Rogen and Jen W. Ray, AGC\u2019s Ford, and Monarch\u2019s Barnett will produce, with AGC\u2019s Miguel A. Palos, Jr. and Zach Garrett, Monarch\u2019s Alan Powell and Vicky Patel and Lylas\u2019 Sophie H\u00f8egh serving as executive producers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tLauren Miller Rogen\u2019s credits include writing, directing and producing the Netflix original film Like Father, starring Kristen Bell and Kelsey Grammer, and writing, starring in and producing the indie comedy For A Good Time, Call\u2026, which was released by Focus Features.
