People who live and work in the area have dealt with traffic and construction since then  as crews built the ramp.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the third of four flyover ramps set to help with TXDOT expansion of loop 1604 on the North side \u2014 it cost roughly $279 million.<\/p>\n<p>Segment 2 of the project connects the opposite sides of 1604 and I-10.
