The film is a family affair, with Duncan\u2019s brother Scott Duncan directing.\u00a0<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0New immigration detention center opens at El Paso\u2019s Fort Bliss<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n President Donald Trump is promising mass deportations, and that will require creating more detention space. A new detention facility, with plans to be the biggest in the country, is now open on a military base in Texas.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have limited resources in our community, and this is definitely a strain on local resources, whether they be medical resources or utility resources,\u201d said Rep.
