Arrowhead Towne Center. The new location highlights refreshed branding while keeping the chef-driven menu that has fueled the success of the Downtown Phoenix flagship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to bring Ricemill to Glendale and the entire West Valley,\u201d co-founder Harry Yu said. \u201cThis community has such incredible energy and diversity, which perfectly aligns with our mission to celebrate cultural fusion through food.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Grand opening weekend<\/p>\n<p>The grand opening celebration was held on Aug. 23 and featured a traditional lion dance, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and opening weekend promotions.<\/p>\n<p>Co-founder and chef Yiyi Wang, who trained at Michelin-starred restaurants Manresa and Jean-Georges, leads the menu development. Favorites such as the Seoul garlic chicken, Shanghai-style steak and Hong Kong popcorn chicken remain central to the menu, priced between $10 and $14.<\/p>\n<p>The Glendale location will also debut cheesecake desserts in flavors such as matcha and lime. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFood courts have always been about bringing people together over great food, and that\u2019s exactly what Ricemill represents,\u201d co-founder Fannie Wang said. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to be part of the Arrowhead Towne Center community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant\u2019s build-your-own-bowl concept allows customers to select a base \u2014 including Ricemill\u2019s signature Select Blend rice \u2014 choose a protein such as seared steak or shrimp, and finish with house-made sauces that use French techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Hours and service<\/p>\n<p>The Arrowhead Towne Center Ricemill will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The food court location will offer dine-in seating, takeout, online ordering, and delivery through third-party apps.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding in Arizona<\/p>\n<p>Ricemill opened its first Arizona location in March in Downtown Phoenix.
