In the Heart of the Sea, the “stirring” period drama starring Cillian Murphy and Tom Holland, is due to leave a UK streamer next month.<\/p>\n

The 2015 film<\/a>, which is directed by Ron Howard, depicts the real-life sinking of the Essex in 1820, a whaling ship whose fate inspired the events of Herman Melville’s classic 1851 novel Moby-Dick.<\/p>\n

Boasting a stacked cast which also includes Chris Hemsworth and Ben Whishaw, the period drama<\/a> is currently available to stream in the UK and Ireland on Prime Video<\/a>, but viewers will have to act soon as it is due to leave the streamer in the next 30 days.<\/p>\n

Considered a box-office bomb after failing to make its budget back, the film<\/a> also received a mixed response from critics, with Rotten Tomatoes<\/a> currently reporting an approval rating of 42% in 237 reviews.<\/p>\n
