However, with around 3 million square feet \u2014 equivalent to 3.4% of Alliance\u2019s existing inventory \u2014 absorbed over the same time period. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In a statement, Burton said the company planned to maintain a pipeline of \u201chigh-quality speculative space.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The development of two new buildings at Alliance follows two major wins for Hillwood, including a 450,000-square-foot<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/arts-entertainment\/movies\/2025\/08\/13\/taylor-sheridan-launches-new-film-studio-in-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/arts-entertainment\/movies\/2025\/08\/13\/taylor-sheridan-launches-new-film-studio-in-fort-worth\/\"> film and television production campus<\/a> developed with SGS Studios in 2024, now the largest operating studio in Texas. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Taiwanese supercomputer manufacturer Wistron <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/real-estate\/2025\/08\/21\/taiwan-supercomputer-manufacturer-selects-fort-worth-for-new-ai-plants-creating-800-jobs\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/real-estate\/2025\/08\/21\/taiwan-supercomputer-manufacturer-selects-fort-worth-for-new-ai-plants-creating-800-jobs\/\">also recently announced<\/a> plans to establish two AI supercomputing facilities at AllianceTexas. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The 1.1 million square feet slated for development will bring AllianceTexas\u2019 total inventory close to 82 million square feet.
