PHOENIX \u2013 The wife of a man who was shot and killed in Phoenix in February was arrested six months after the murder, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Erica Brown, 32, was booked into jail for second-degree murder on Thursday, according to the Phoenix Police Department.<\/p>\n

She is accused of killing 31-year-old A Trevon Brown on Feb. 25<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Police responded to a call about a fight in the area of 22nd Avenue and Medlock Drive<\/a>, north of Camelback Road, around 6 a.m. that day.<\/p>\n

The caller reported hearing one gunshot while officers were on the way, police said<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The victim was found at the scene with at least one gunshot wound. He died of his injuries after being taken to a hospital.<\/p>\n

After a monthslong investigation of the evidence, detectives developed probable cause to arrest Erica Brown for her husband\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n

No other details about the case were made available.<\/p>\n
