In addition to running a billion-dollar brokerage firm<\/a>, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a> dad has built a pretty impressive real estate portfolio. He’s owned everything from a 7,000-square-foot home in Bel-Air<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0a Mediterranean-style property in La Quinta<\/a>\u00a0to a\u00a0multi-million-dollar vacation pad in Aspen<\/a>\u00a0and a\u00a0jaw-dropping family estate in Encino<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mauricio moved out of the Encino home in the spring of 2024, less than a year after he and Kyle Richards<\/a> announced their marital split<\/a>. It was later revealed that Mauricio had moved into 8899 Beverly Boulevard, a swanky residential building in West Hollywood. Fans got a glimpse at the dad\u2019s bachelor pad on August 28, when his eldest daughter, Alexia Umansky<\/a>, stopped by to lock down an important wedding detail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cMy dad showing me what kind of music we need to have at the wedding,\u201d the bride-to-be<\/a> captioned the Story. \u201cWent over to [Mauricio\u2019s] to pick our father-daughter dance song and this is how it ended.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clip showed Mauricio enthusiastically dancing to Don Miguel\u2019s \u201cYe Que Fue?\u201d as Alexia cheered him on from behind the camera. While it was hard to notice anything other than Mauricio\u2019s moves, the video revealed more details about his condo.<\/p>\n

The home went heavy on the minimalist vibes, as it featured stark white walls, dark herringbone flooring, vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting, and a row of windows that framed the lush views.<\/p>\n

As Alexia turned the camera toward herself, viewers got a glimpse at Mauricio\u2019s living room, decorated with a light area rug, a tall potted plant, a round coffee table, and a collection of brown midcentury-style chairs. The neutral color tones paired well with the condo\u2019s natural materials, like the white stone kitchen island and wooden pillars.<\/p>\n

Mauricio also displayed several colorful art pieces throughout the living room\/dining area, the most eye-catching of which was a cube sculpture placed near the kitchen.<\/p>\n

Kyle spoke about Mauricio\u2019s living situation on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show<\/a> for Season 14, Episode 12. The mother of four, who still resides in the aforementioned Encino home<\/a>, confessed she had yet to see Mauricio\u2019s new digs.<\/p>\n

\u201cI still have not been to Mau\u2019s condo. And, once again, it\u2019s not intentional. It just hasn\u2019t worked out,\u201d she explained. \u201cActually, now, I have my valuables that I sent there because of the fires, so I can go whenever I want to get them. I just haven\u2019t been there yet, but Portia [Umansky]<\/a> dropped off the valuables.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know that life of his and that part of him,\u201d she continued. \u201cWhenever I see pictures of him on the internet out and about, it looks in my mind, like two different people to me, so it would be weird. But that\u2019s not why I\u2019m not going.\u201d<\/p>\n
