{"id":187255,"date":"2025-08-30T12:07:26","date_gmt":"2025-08-30T12:07:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/187255\/"},"modified":"2025-08-30T12:07:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-30T12:07:26","slug":"dallas-based-limestone-networks-expands-with-acquisition-of-four-hosting-brands-dallas-innovates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/187255\/","title":{"rendered":"Dallas-Based Limestone Networks Expands With Acquisition of Four Hosting Brands \u00bb Dallas Innovates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dallas-based Limestone Networks is growing its cloud infrastructure portfolio, acquiring BreezeTech Hosting, Silver Hosting, Snowside Hosting, and NextArray in a move the company calls a \u201cbold expansion\u201d into VPS and web hosting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Known for its high-performance bare metal cloud servers, Limestone said the deal strengthens its position as a global infrastructure player and broaden its offerings to serve everyone from startups to enterprise-scale providers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis move isn\u2019t about checking boxes\u2014it\u2019s about setting the pace,\u201d CEO Preston Gosdin said in a statement. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBare metal made us the standard for customer service and reliability,\u201d he added. \u201cNow with VPS and web hosting, we\u2019re giving customers every tool they need to grow without compromise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He calls it \u201cinfrastructure done the LSN Metal way: loud, fast, and built to last.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>No financial details were disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The company said BreezeTech and its affiliated brands bring a strong customer base and a reputation for reliability. Their integration gives clients immediate access to Limestone\u2019s global footprint, expanded support, and an infrastructure stack built to scale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur customers demand more, and Limestone delivers,\u201d said Ryan Wilson, VP of product at BreezeTech.<\/p>\n<p>The integration process is already underway, Limestone said, with a focus on seamless migration and expanded service access.
