Well Go USA Entertainment, a global distributor of action and independent films, purchased a 10,600-square-foot building. The buyer of the final building was not disclosed. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Citadel senior advisor Katherine Pool and partner Mac Morse brokered the deal. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cThe type of buyer who is looking for these types of properties is usually a local business owner,\u201d Pool said. \u201cThe school districts in Allen and surrounding areas are fantastic, and the [Highway] 75 corridor is in the middle of the metro\u2019s path of growth.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>New apartments in downtown Denton<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Holt Lunsford Commercial began construction earlier this year on The Renegade, a four-story apartment complex with 104 units in downtown Denton. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Construction began in February 2025 and is expected to be finished by mid-2026. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The 120,000-square-foot building is located at 260 W. Mulberry Street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The firm has also launched HL Communities, a vertically integrated multifamily development and construction company, with the start of this new project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Archon Corporation of Grapevine is serving as the project architect and design consultant. HL Communities, alongside Colo Development Partners, is providing construction management and development services, with Harmony Bank as the construction lender. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Leasing and management services will be handled by Westwood Residential.<\/p>\n<p>Groundbreaking on Carrollton apartments<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The NRP Group has broken ground on Jackson Road, a 370-unit apartment complex in Carrollton. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The complex, located at 2255 N. Broadway St., will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with dens. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The average unit size will exceed 1,000 square feet. The 661,000-square-foot development is four stories tall. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Financial partners for Jackson Road include equity partner H.I.G. Capital and lender First Citizens Bank.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Construction commenced this month with completion and initial occupancy scheduled for late 2026. <\/p>\n<p>Terrell development gets $29M in financing<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Northspur, a planned residential community in Terrell, received $29 million to help fund public infrastructure construction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The Texas Infrastructure Program, a team of consultants that helps developers receive non-recourse, early-stage financing, announced the transaction in late July.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The group issues tax-exempt bonds that are repaid through municipal utility district reimbursements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Northspur is a 700-acre development that will hold more than 1,500 homes and a 121-acre nature preserve.
