{"id":190914,"date":"2025-09-01T05:48:10","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T05:48:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/190914\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T05:48:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T05:48:10","slug":"naik-seeks-state-role-in-nqm-centre-gives-nod","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/190914\/","title":{"rendered":"Naik seeks state role in NQM; Centre gives nod"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Bengaluru: <\/b>Raichur MP Kumar Naik has urged the Union government to ensure states have a clear role in India\u2019s National Quantum Mission (NQM), which aims to advance cutting-edge technologies crucial for the country\u2019s economy and security.<\/p>\n<p>Raising the matter in the Lok Sabha under Rule 377 earlier this month, Naik said Karnataka in particular should not be left behind, given its established research base and emerging start-up ecosystem in advanced computing.  <\/p>\n<p>Responding to his appeal, Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Dr. Jitendra Singh assured that states are already part of the Mission\u2019s governance structure.
