Chinatown –<\/strong>\u00a0Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigators Monday are seeking the public’s help in finding a 63-year-old man who authorities say suffers from dementia and who was reported missing after he was last seen almost a week ago near Chinatown.<\/p>\n

Vincent Tyrone Byrd was last seen on Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. on the 400 block of Bauchet Street, north of East Cesar Chavez Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau<\/p>\n

Byrd is Black, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds, has gray hair, brown eyes, a full beard and a tattoo that says “TYRENISHA” on his chest. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, red Dickies shorts, gray and red shoes and a red hat.<\/p>\n
