PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — Ihsan Hines is on a mission to put mental health in the spotlight, carrying out the legacy of a loved one he lost too soon.<\/p>\n

He founded the organization, ‘My Brother’s Keeper Cares,’ in memory of his brother, Atif, who died by suicide in 2007.<\/p>\n

His community efforts had their humble beginnings in 2010, but work really kicked up when they became a nonprofit in 2020.<\/p>\n

Now, Hines and his team connect with kids through their ‘Clubhouse’ golf and chess programs. They also teach kids photography, art, poetry, and more.<\/p>\n
