Her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, looks on from right.<\/p>\n<p>Beyonc\u00e9 is the talk of the town as she brings her Cowboy Carter tour to her hometown of Houston.<\/p>\n<p>The 35-time Grammy Award winner from the Third Ward will perform at NRG Stadium this weekend, with concerts scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday and 7 p.m. Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Beyonc\u00e9 last performed in Houston on Christmas Day, during halftime of a Houston Texans home game at NRG Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Here is what local Beyonc\u00e9 fans can expect for this weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concert tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t yet bought tickets to the sold-out shows, there is still hope. Online ticket brokers such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketmaster.com\/beyonce-cowboy-carter-tour-houston-texas-06-28-2025\/event\/3A006226DC5827F8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ticketmaster<\/a> have resale tickets available for purchase. As of Friday morning, prices on the site ranged from about $175 to more than $5,000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel impacts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Hobby Airport (HOU) expect increases in travel surrounding the star&#8217;s arrival, much like they saw when Beyonc\u00e9 performed in Houston in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Houston Airports, which operates the airports, projected an increase in passengers on both Friday and Monday, compared to the same dates last year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Houston shows up when Beyonc\u00e9 comes home,&#8221; said Jim Szczesniak, director of aviation for Houston Airports. &#8220;We&#8217;re expecting an influx of fans from across the country and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Both airports will have a Cowboy Corner Pop-Up which includes: vibrant digital signage, Instagrammable backdrops and other activities to welcome guests to the city for the concerts.<\/p>\n<p>The activities include: Live Harmony in the Air performances and the opportunity to try local dining from restaurants such as Throughgood Bistro, which partners with Beyonc\u00e9&#8217;s BeyGOOD initiative to fight food insecurity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cowboy Carter merch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Like in other cities on the tour schedule, fans could possibly see a Beyonc\u00e9 merchandise truck where they can buy exclusive merchandise from the tour. That could include hoodies, jerseys, hats, patches, shirts and more available for purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Fans can also shop for Cowboy Carter merch on the <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.beyonce.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beyonc\u00e9 website<\/a>. Some items are already sold out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fear of missing out? Other Beyonc\u00e9 events this weekend<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Art Club at POST Houston, 401 Franklin St., is throwing a \u201cSweet Honey Hoedown-Beyonc\u00e9-Themed Dance Party\u201d from 9 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets start at $35.11 and can be purchased on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.posthtx.com\/event\/sweet-honey-hoedown\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">event website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Macy\u2019s at The Galleria, 5135 W. Alabama St., is holding \u201cCowboy Carter Day\u201d from noon-4 p.m. Saturday with line dancing, opportunities to shop Beyonc\u00e9 and Rumi looks and eat Frenchy&#8217;s Chicken.<\/p>\n<p>The event is free. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/cowboy-carter-day-macys-galleria-tickets-1382979070629\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tickets<\/a> can be obtained online. <\/p>\n<p>La Bougie Candle Wick is having a Beyonc\u00e9-themed luxury candle-making class with a Beyonc\u00e9-themed jam session at 7 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 11311 Richmond Ave. Participants are encouraged to wear western wear.<\/p>\n<p>Classes last 2 hours and 30 minutes, and tickets are $80.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More concerts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Can&#8217;t make it to the two shows this weekend in Houston? Beyonc\u00e9 will have eight more concerts on the <a href=\"https:\/\/beyonce.com\/tour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cowboy Carter tour<\/a>, with shows in Washington D.C., Atlanta and Las Vegas.
