{"id":192859,"date":"2025-09-02T01:14:12","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T01:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/192859\/"},"modified":"2025-09-02T01:14:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T01:14:12","slug":"labor-day-travelers-hit-the-road-but-is-the-worst-over","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/192859\/","title":{"rendered":"Labor Day travelers hit the road, but is the worst over?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Traffic on the Belt Parkway and other city roadways is moving smoother as the busy Labor Day weekend comes to an end.<\/p>\n<p>AAA had warned that the worst time to travel would be between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Monday. <\/p>\n<p>By the evening, conditions had eased for drivers heading out of the city.<\/p>\n<p>Many driver stopped at gas stations near Flatlands and Pennsylvania avenues in East New York before making their way onto the parkway.<\/p>\n<p>One driver shared her tips for surviving bumper-to-bumper traffic.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Make sure you have water. Make sure you have something to snack on. Make sure you got gas and get good music.
