Police previously said Elijah Flores was captured on surveillance video exiting a Green Line train around 11:15 a.m. Aug. 10 with Jonah Soria, 22, who was arguing with two other men at the Clinton station, 540 W. Lake St.<\/p>\n<p>During the altercation, the two men chased Soria and Elijah from the platform. Soria then grabbed Elijah, \u201cas he was not keeping up,\u201d according to a police report.<\/p>\n<p>One of the two men ultimately hit Soria in the back with an object, causing him and Elijah to tumble down a flight of stairs, police said.
