{"id":193094,"date":"2025-09-02T03:24:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T03:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/193094\/"},"modified":"2025-09-02T03:24:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T03:24:09","slug":"tarrant-county-i-20-lane-closures-start-sept-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/193094\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarrant County I-20 lane closures start Sept. 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tarrant County drivers should prepare for I-20 lane closures this week due to overnight bridge work.<\/p>\n<p>FORT WORTH, Texas \u2014 Tarrant County drivers, get ready for some late-night detours on I-20 this week.<\/p>\n<p>Eastbound lanes, from the I-20\/I-30 split to Markum Ranch Road, will be closed Tuesday night, Sept. 2, starting at 7 p.m. Crews will work through the night on bridge construction, and the highway will reopen by 6 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3.<\/p>\n<p>The following evening, crews will focus on the westbound side. Lanes from Markum Ranch Road back to the I-20\/I-30 split will close from 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, until 6 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 4.<\/p>\n<p>TxDOT says these overnight closures will only take place if weather conditions allow.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers will be guided along a marked detour, but officials suggest planning an alternate route to avoid delays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Tarrant County drivers should prepare for I-20 lane closures this week due to overnight bridge work.
