I don’t know what happened.”<\/p>\n Behind the scenes, the show’s production team had been equally in the dark and quickly sprang into action, according to\u00a0Kathleen French, Senior Vice President of Entertainment Unscripted Current Production at NBCUniversal.<\/p>\n “We didn\u2019t know either,” she revealed in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish, noting that the accident occurred “just miles” away from the wedding venue. “Producers jumped in the car. What viewers eventually saw on screen encompassed a mix of footage from officer bodycams and producer cameras, as the McBee Farm & Cattle Co. Meet Erena Chaples<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n “Driving there, I was so worried about the wedding … just overthinking,” Galyna added in a confessional, noting that she worried that ex Steve McBee Sr<\/a>.’s new girlfriend (and her former friend) Masha<\/a>\u00a0could unexpectedly show up, despite not being invited. “The next thing I remember is seeing the broken window in my car.”<\/p>\n An emotional Erena, meanwhile, was incensed that Galyna seemed more concerned with missing the McBee wedding than the car accident itself, telling her, “I don’t know what I would do without you. They have everyone; I don’t have anyone. … Your family is right here.”<\/p>\n After the 23 year old encouraged her mom to make some major life changes, Galyna admitted in a producer interview that she “f–ked up” by not being “more aware” of how her behavior was affecting her daughter.<\/p>\n “There is no excuse for a lot of my actions,” she conceded, before cryptically stating, “It may be time to cut ties and move on from the McBee family.”<\/p>\n As a post-finale update revealed, however, Galyna still works for the McBees.
