The gym signed a long-term lease with Breslin Realty to move into the Franklin Plaza shopping center in Franklin Square. <\/p>\n<p>D1 Training will occupy approximately 4,500 square feet at the 178 New Hyde Park Road address. <\/p>\n<p>D1 Training is a membership-based athletic training facility that delivers Division I\u2013I-inspired workouts through its proprietary 5-Star Training Program.<\/p>\n<p>Their sessions follow a structured format\u2014dynamic warm-up, performance, strength, core and conditioning, and cooldown\u2014designed for measurable results. <\/p>\n<p>Serving youth, adult, and professional athletes, D1 offers age-appropriate programs, specialized equipment, and expert coaching in one-on-one, small-group, and team settings, all supported by a national training panel and rotating eight-week cycles.<\/p>\n<p>Other Franklin Plaza retailers include Holiday Farms Supermarket, Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and Baskin Robbins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"FRANKLIN SQUARE, NY \u2014 D1 Training will bring its latest location to Nassau County.
